Satiate your hungry tummy with this enticingly delicious Cherry Waldorf Snack; a fresh, fun and like snack to chew on! A great medly of fruits and fruit juicesin Cherry flavored gelatin, this Cherry Waldorf Snack is such an awesome snack that everyone should try! Make it and enjoy!
  Cherry gelatin 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Jello)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Boiling water/Apple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cold water/Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple pear 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled
  Banana 1 Small (Sliced Or Diced)
  Sliced celery/Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Fold in fruits and celery.
Spoon into bowl or individual dishes.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
Garnish with additional fresh fruit and celery leaves, if desired.
