  Chard greens 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped finely
  Crimini mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut milk 5 Ounce
  Red curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shelled hemp seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Smoked paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
