How to make Southwestern Bean Salad. I've made this many times but now I have a twist and I love it. This a nice cool salad for summer time that packs a bunch of protein and flavor.
Ingredients
  Canned pinto beans 15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 can)
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 can)
  Canned hominy 15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 can)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pico de gallo 12 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING:

  1. In a bowl, combine beans, hominy, and mix well.
  2. Add olive oil, lime juice, cumin, pico de gallo, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss well.

SERVING:

  1. Serve and enjoy!
