White Christmas Tartlets are an easy to make sweet treat, perfect for Christmas parties. Butternut Snap Cookies are heated and pushed into a patty pan to create cups. The cookie cups are filled with a luscious mixture of white chocolate, puffed rice, coconut, marshmallows and glace cherries. Quick to assemble and very cute, these little babies will be a smash hit with your friends and family - give it a go!

White chocolate | 200 Gram , melted | |
Desiccated coconut | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Puffed rice cereal | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Rice Bubbles / Rice Krispies) | |
Mini marshmallows | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Glace cherries | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Red and Green, to decorate) |
MAKING:
Place cookies on pan and pop into oven.
Bake for 2 minutes.
Once done, press a little and make dents as shown in the video.
Add puffed rice cereal, coconut and marshmallows into melted chocolate and mix well.
Divide mixture onto cookies and garnish with glaced cherries.
Chill for 20 minutes until firm.
