Aloha Salad

How to make Aloha Salad. Super healthy, easy and delicious.

Ingredients

Baby spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Ham 8 Ounce
Tomato 1 Large , thinly sliced
Blueberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pineapple rings 3
Mushroom 4 Large , sliced
Red onion 1/2 , thinly sliced
Balsamic vinaigrette 4 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the grill.

MAKING

2. Place the pineapple slices and ham on the grill and allow to cook until the grill marks appear.

3. Cut the pineapple and ham into bite size pieces.

4. In a large salad dish, place the spinach, followed by tomato slices, pineapple chunks, ham pieces, mushrooms, blueberries and red onion.

5. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.

SERVING

6. Serve fresh.
