Frozen lemonade concentrate | 6 Ounce , thawed | |
Softened cream cheese | 3 Ounce | |

Making
Prepare a 10-inch springform pan by buttering it on the bottom and around the inside.
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, 1 cup sour cream, lemonade concentrate, cream cheese, and eggs together, using an electric mixer on medium speed.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees (F) for about 40 minutes, or until a cake pick in center comes out clean.
Place pan or cooling rack and let cool for 20 minutes.
Remove cake from pan and let cool completely.
To frost, mix together 1 cup sour cream and ¼ cup sugar and spread it on cooled cake.
Serving
Garnish cake with fresh mint leaves (if desired) and serve.
