Mango Yogurt Bowls

Best cold breakfast for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

Mango 1 Large
Low fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 1 Teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/8 Teaspoon
Low fat granola 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1.  For making the bowls, slice off the sides of the mango avoiding the large seed in the middle.

2.  Cut a checkerboard pattern in the mango flesh, stopping just short of the skin. Scoop out diced mango and place in a bowl.

3.  For the filling, in a bowl combine yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Add in the diced mango and mix well.

4.  Divide the filling evenly between both the mango peel bowls. 

 

SERVING

5.  Sprinkle with granola and serve.
