Ingredients
  Pineapple 1
  Fruit sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
  Brandy/Rum 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Strawberries 3
  Lime 3
Directions

Cut off top and bottom of a fresh ripe pineapple, then peel and remove the eyes.
Cut in four lengthwise quarters.
Cut off the hard core and slice crosswise.
Place in a bowl and sprinkle with fruit sugar and rum or brandy.
Toss lightly and chill for an hour or more to marinate.
Arrange several pineapple pieces in overlapping circles on each small serving plate.
Garnish centres with fresh strawberries and add 1 or 2 small sections of fresh lime.
