Ingredients
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red apples 2 Large, diced
  Seedless raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salted peanuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine celery, cabbage, carrots, apples, raisins, and peanuts.
Mix remaining ingredients to make a dressing and pour over vegetable mixture.
Toss to mix well.
