Betty's Loaded Hamburger - Super Bowl

Betty demonstrates how to make Loaded Hamburgers. These hamburgers are “old-fashioned” hamburgers with a variety of toppings. They would be great for a Super Bowl party.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 5 1⁄2 Pound
  Quick oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

Making

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Shape into 6 hamburger patties. Grill until done. (You may choose to fry these in a skillet on the stove or broil them in the oven.)
  3. Place cooked hamburger in a pretzel bun (or other bun) and top with mayonnaise, sliced cheese, crisp bacon, sliced tomato, and lettuce leaves, plus any other toppings you like.

Serving

  1. Serve these hamburgers with the Green Bean Fries and Wasabi and Green Onion Dip.
