Fish Fillets In Creole Sauce
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1 Dash|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fish fillets||2 Pound, frozen|
Saute onion and celery in butter in large skillet.
Add rest of ingredients, except fish.
While mixture simmers, cut fish blocks into thirds (6 pieces).
Put fish in skillet side by side; do not pile them on each other.
Bring to boil; reduce to simmer.
Cook about 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily
