Betty demonstrates how to make Reuben Roll-Ups. This is a delightful appetizer or light entree that is like a Reuben sandwich rolled up in crescent roll dough and baked.

Ingredients

Crescent roll dough 1 Packet ((8 triangles of dough))
Canned sauerkraut 8 Ounce , drained ((shredded or chopped))
Thousand island dressing 1 Tablespoon
Cooked corned beef slices 2 , cut into triangle ((thin slices as needed))
Thin swiss cheese slices 1 , cut into 1/2

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

MAKING

2. In a bowl, mix together drained sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.

3. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.

4. Place a triangular-shaped slice of corned beef on top of each dough piece.

5. Spread 1-2 tablespoons sauerkraut mixture on top, followed by 2 strips of cheese. Roll up, beginning with wide end of the triangle and pressing tip at the end into dough to secure it.

6. On ungreased baking pan, place the rolls and curve the ends to form crescent. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

SERVING

7. Serve hot and enjoy with Thousand Island dressing.
