This breakfast sandwich really doesn't need a recipe but the homemade turkey sausage is a great addition. You can make the sausage ahead of time and then make this breakfast sandwich on your way out the door.
Lean ground turkey sausage | 1 Pound | |
Extra virgin olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Minced garlic | 3 Tablespoon | |
Chilli powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Grand diamond all purpose seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
Red pepper flakes | 1 Teaspoon (Optional) | |
Kosher salt | To Taste | |
Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon , crushed | |
Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix together all ingredients.
2. Form into patties. In a pan, cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
SERVING
3. Serve with egg in muffin sandwich.
