|Egg whites||2 (at room temperature)|
|Peaches||6 , peeled|
|Peaches||6 Medium, peeled and sliced (when fresh peaches are not available, canned peaches in water or natural juice may be used)|
1.In a saucepan, put in milk.
2.Add in cornstarch and fructose.
3.Stir well to dissolve cornstarch.
4.Place the pan on low heat and slowly boil.
5.Let simmer, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, to thicken slightly.
6. Let cool to room temperature.
7. Add in vanilla extract and Amaretto liqueur and mix thoroughly.
8. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry .
9.Gently them into the sauce.
10.Take 6 sherbet glasses , and divide sliced peaches between them.
11. Spoon 1/4 cup of the sauce over each serving.
