|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Golden delicious apples||6 , peeled, cored, cut into 1" (2.5 cm) cubes|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Amaretto liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Slivered toasted almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a skillet melt the butter over a medium heat or place in the microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes.
2) Stir in the sugared apples and saute for about 5 minutes until soft or cook in the microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
3) Stir in the liqueur and raisins, then cook for further 1 minute or place in the microwave on MEDIUM for 30 seconds.
4) Spoon the mixture into 6-8 dishes, garnish with the toasted almonds and Whipped Cream Rosette, then serve immediately..
