Chocolate Amaretto Mousse Pie
|Whipped topping mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes Of 1.8 Ounce Each)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix||8 1⁄4 Ounce (2 Packages Of 4 1/8 Ounce Each)|
|Amaretto/Other almond-flavored liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baked 9 inch pastry shell||1 , cooled|
1)Make the topping according to directions on the package.
2)In a bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and amaretto.
3) Set electric mixer to high speed and beat the mixture for 2 minutes.
4)Using a spatula, spoon the mixture into pastry cases.
5)Top the mousse with the whipped ready topping and chocolate shavings.
6)Refrigerate for 4 hours.
7) Perfect light and fluffy dessert. Serve with chocolate sauce and sparkling wines.
