Amaretto Velvet Frosty

  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Amaretto 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Nonfat vanilla yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped almonds 1 Tablespoon, toasted and divided

Combine skim milk and nonfat dry milk powder, stirring well.
Add amaretto and next 3 ingredients.
Place half of milk mixture in container of an electric blender.
Gradually add enough ice cubes to bring mixture to a 4-cup level; cover and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into a large pitcher.
Repeat procedure with the remaining half of milk mixture.
Stir well.
Sprinkle each serving evenly with almonds
