Creamy Amaretto Cheesecake
|Nonfat cream cheese||16 Ounce|
|Concentrated acesulfame k||2 Teaspoon|
|Amaretto||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg substitute||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crust||1|
Cream the first six ingredients together.
Pour in the egg substitute and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
Pour the batter into an 8 in. (20 cm) graham cracker crust, if desired.
Bake in a preheated 325°F (160°C) oven for 35 minutes.
Before serving, top with fruit, if desired.
Remove the cake from the hot-water bath and chill it completely overnight.
Press chocolate cookie crumbs onto the sides of the cake.
