Amaretto Oranges With Sorbet
|Navel orange||5 Large, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds|
|Amaretto||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon sorbet/Grapefruit / melon||1 1⁄2 Pint|
Place orange slices in bowl and sprinkle with liqueur.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Drain slices and arrange in overlapping fan pattern on dessert plates.
Using 2 tablespoons, scoop sorbet into 6 to 8 egg-shaped mounds and set each on plate at base of fan pattern.
Garnish with leaves.
