  Finely chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Cubed cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  Pimiento 2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Jar)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chowmein noodles 3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Place onions, celery, green pepper and butter in a 3 casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in turkey, soup, water chestnuts, pimiento, water and soy sauce.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until bubbly.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in sour cream.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
