|Whole wheat pastry flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Toasted almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs), ground|
|Pure almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1 , grated|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Mix the oil and honey well.
Add the flour, almonds, almond extract, lemon rind, and salt.
Shape the dough into small walnut-sized balls.
Place on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400 Degree.
