Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raw honey 4 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat pastry flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Toasted almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Pure almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , grated
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix the oil and honey well.
Add the flour, almonds, almond extract, lemon rind, and salt.
Shape the dough into small walnut-sized balls.
Place on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400 Degree.
