Cinnamon-Glazed Almonds

Cinnamon-Glazed Almonds when stored tightly covered can be preserved up to 2 weeks. This is a cruncy-n-sweety appetizer and is well liked by kids. The Cinnamon-Glazed Almonds wont eat up much of your time.
Ingredients
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (or margarine)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Blanched whole almonds 2 Can (20 oz) (About 1 1/2 Cups))
Directions

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, grease foil.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, allspice, salt and cayenne, setaside.
In a large skillet, combine almonds, sugar and butter.
Cook, stirring, over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until sugar melts and turns a rich brown color.
Remove from heat.
Immediately stir in spice mixture.
Quickly spread almonds in prepared pan.
Let cool completely.
Break into small clusters.
Store, tightly covered, up to 2 weeks.
