Vegetables With Almonds

Ingredients
  Green peas 150 Gram, weighing around 6 oz
  Onions 3
  Carrots 2
  Cucumbers 3
  Ridge gourds 2
  Almonds 3 Ounce
  Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  Ajinomoto 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs), for deep frying
  Green chilies 2 , for serving
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon, to serve
Directions

Put the almonds in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove the skins. Deep fry in oil.
Slice the onions.
Cut all the vegetables (except green peas) into cubes.
Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix the cornflour in cold water and add to the vegetables.
Add the sugar, almonds and salt and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
