ALMOND ORANGE CEST

Ingredients
  Splenda 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mascarpone cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Orange zest 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger snaps 6
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon, sliced
Directions

Method
1) In a food processor bowl combine Splenda almond extract,
mascarpone cheese and orange zest.
2) Cover and blend or process until smooth.
3) Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
4) To serve, pipe or spoon mixture onto ginger snaps.
5) Garnish with sliced almonds.
