Stir Fried Lettuce And Almonds
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched|
|Chinese lettuce||1⁄2 , coarsely chopped|
Heat oil in third skillet, add almonds and saute until lightly colored.
Lift out nuts with slotted spoon.
Add coarsely chopped lettuce, sprinkle with salt and braise in hot oil until just tender.
Serve Group 1 on bed of hot rice; cover with Group 2; surround with lettuce from Group 3, and sprinkle almonds from Group 3 over all.
