Creamy Almond Mold
|Lemon gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped candied cherries||3 Tablespoon|
Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt in 1 cup boiling water; add 1/2 cup cold water.
Chill until partially set.
Whip gelatin until frothy.
Combine whipped cream and almond extract; fold into gelatin mixture.
Stir in macaroons, marshmallows and cherries; pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold; garnish with additional cherries.
