Parmesan Cheese Smoky Almonds

Ingredients
  Almonds 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Hickory smoked salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 F

MAKING
2) Into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x I inch jelly roll pan, dot with butter
3) Bake in the oven for a minute till the butter just melts
4) Add in the nuts and shake to coat well
5) Bake for 10 minutes till golden
6) Add in the parmesan cheese and the hickory smoked salt and red pepper
7) Shake the pan to coat well
8) Put back in the oven to bake for 3 more minutes
9) Cool onto a wire rack
10) Place into air tight containers for storage

SERVING
11) Serve as a snack
