Green Vegetable And Almond Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon (10 milliliter)
  Blanched almonds 2 Ounce, halved (50 gram)
  Dried red chile 1
  Green beans 8 Ounce, sliced (225 gram)
  Broccoli florets 12 Ounce (350 gram)
  Chinese leaves 12 Ounce, shredded (350 gram)
  Dry sherry 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Water 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Gomasio/Salt To Taste (if preferred)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok or large frying pan heat oil until sizzling.
2. Toast almonds and chili for 2 minutes.
3. Remove chili.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add sherry, lemon juice and water together.
6. Pour vegetables and stir toasted almonds. Cook for 1 minute.

SERVING
7. Sprinkle gomasio.
8. Serve immediately.
