Almond Rissoles

Ingredients
  Ground almonds 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon thyme 2 Pinch (A Good Pinch)
  Tomato pulp 1
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Bread biscuit 1 (Crisp)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all ingredeints with the biscuit together
2. Form into rissoles or rolls
3. Press in one crushed crispbread biscuit
4. Leave for 2 or 3 hours to set

SERVING
5. Can be served with apple sauce or grated apple and salad if liked

TIPS
Sage can be used instead of thyme
