Glazed Almonds

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cognac 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1 Pound, shelled
Directions

MAKING
1. On low heat, allow the mixture of sugar, cognac, water, and cinnamon come to a boil.
2. Increase the heat and allow the mixture to boil until the syrup lifted using a fork looks like a thread.
3. Tale off from heat, add almonds, and stir to coat evenly.
4. Turn onto a board, slice, and allow to turn cold

SERVING
5. Serve Glazed Almonds with hot ginger tea.
