Almond Topped Baked Plums

Ingredients
For plums
  Plums 3 Cup (48 tbs), halved
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
For topping
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F.

MAKING
2) To prepare the plums, in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and heat.
3) Add plums in the oil and sauté for 5 minutes.
4) Stir in honey and lemon juice.
5) Fill the plums into a 2-quart baking dish.
6) To prepare the topping in a medium bowl add almonds, Hour, honey, oil, and vanilla.
7) Mix until crummy.
8) Sprinkle it over the plums.
9) Bake for 25 minutes.

SERVING
10) Serve hot or cold.
