Ingredients
  Butter 250 Gram (1 Cup)
  Confectioners sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All-purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Blanched almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

MAKING
2) Mix butter with sugar to a mix and add the egg, vanilla and almond extract.
3) Combine the flour, baking soda and baking powder and add it to the mix, stirring thoroughly
4) Make small balls of the mix and and place on a previously buttered cookie sheet.
5) Put in a blanched almond on top of each cookie
6) Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve either hot or cold.
