Almond Crust Cauliflower And Carrots

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Small, broken into flowerets
  Diagonally sliced carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Slivered blanched almonds 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan boil salted water and cook the cauliflower and carrots for about 15 minutes till tender.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) In a nonstick skillet cook almond over moderate heat for about 1 minute
4) Remove from heat and mix lemon juice.
5) Pour lemon and almonds over the vegetables.
6) Sprinkle pepper on top.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
