Spiced Almonds

Ingredients
  Sunflower oil 3 Tablespoon
  Flaked almonds 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the almonds and fry until golden brown.
Drain on abosrbent kitchen paper, then place in a serving dish.
Mix the salt and curry powder together and sprinkle over the almonds; toss well to coat.
