Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Flour 34 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1 , grated
  Glazed fruit 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Slivered almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add eggs and three quarters cup of sugar and beat them together
2. Add butter, lemon rind, salt, two cups of flour, baking powder and vanilla and stir
3. Add glazed fruits that have been mixed with two tablespoons of flour
4. In a well greased tube, kuchenor bundt pan, sprinkle almonds and pour the batter
5. Bake at 350° for an hour; when done, remove and spread with molten butter; sprinkle powdered sugar on top

SERVING
6. Can be served frozen or warm
