Coffee Almond Tortone

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated sugar/Berry sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant coffee 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flaked toasted almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond extract 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) Beat the cream and add in 1/4 cup sugar, coffee and flavoring to this.
2) Whip egg whites till soft peak stage and slowly add and beat in 2 Tablespoons sugar till stiff.
3) Combine together almonds and coconut and add this nut mixture and egg whites into whipped cream.

SERVING
4) The preparation can be kept deep freezed for a month or more and may be used as required.
