Frozen Carrots And Fried Almonds

Ingredients
  Frozen carrot slice 12 Ounce (300 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Blanched almonds 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl dd salt to water and boil carrot slices for 5 minutes.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) In a pan heat butter and fry almonds.

SERVING
4) Serve carrots with the almonds.
