Tahini With Yogurt And Almonds

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Tahini 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Sesame Paste)
  Plain yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 6 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground almonds 1 Ounce (3 Tablespoon)
  Almond halves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix the garlic and tahini paste together.
Stir in the yogurt, then gradually add the lemon juice until the mixture is creamy, beating well.
Add the cumin and seasoning.
Stir in the ground almonds.
Place in a serving bowl.
Serve with spiced pita bread.
