|Toasted flaked almonds||1 Ounce|
Wash cabbage; discard outer leaves and hard central stalk.
Chop celery, slice cucumber; thinly slice pepper, finely chop onion.
Combine prepared vegetables in bowl.
Mix together mayonnaise and vinegar; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise mixture to vegetables, and mix with two forks until evenly coated.
Top salad with almonds.
