Spicy Almonds

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Almonds 1⁄2 Pound, blanched
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In hot oil over medium heat, stir-fry the blanched almonds until they turn a pale golden color.
Quickly remove the nuts with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt, cumin, chili and garam masala.
