Orange Almond Rice

Ingredients
  Canned no salt added chicken broth 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wild rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Canned mandarin oranges in light syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), drained
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine chicken broth, unsweetened orange juice, and salt in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Add wild rice and chopped onion to mixture in saucepan; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Add long-grain rice; cover and simmer an additional 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Add oranges, almonds, parsley, and pepper to rice mixture in saucepan; stir well.
