Holiday Almond Treats

Ingredients
  Crushed vanilla wafers 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Ground toasted almonds 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), divided
  Sifted powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin pie mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond liqueur/Apple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl, blend vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 cup ground almonds, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Stir in pumpkin pie mix and almond liqueur.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Roll in remaining 3/4 cup ground almonds.
Chill.
