Almond Paste Chestnuts
|Almond paste||7 Ounce|
|Sweet chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Chocolate milk powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Grate the almond paste coarsely.
2. Grate the chocolate bar very finely.
3. Mix the almond paste and chocolate and stir in the egg yolk and butter.
4. Shape the mixture into chestnut-size balls. Coat the balls with chocolate milk powder and confectioners' sugar. Put the balls in the refrigerator to set.
