Toasted Cheese With Ale

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese - 8 ounce, grated (225gram)
Butter - 2 ounces (50 gram)
Ale - 4 tablespoons
Mustard Powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper freshly ground
Bread 4 slices
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, melt the butter and add mustard powder, brown ale, cheese and seasonings
2) Using a wooden spoon stir continuously till the mixture is smooth and the cheese has melted
3) Remove from the flame
4) Toast bread on both sides till crisp
5) Pour the cheese mixture on each toast, sprinkle with cayenne pepper
6) Under a hot grill, cook till the cheese is bubbling

SERVING
7) Serve immediately
