Brandy And Ginger Ale

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 3
  Brandy 1 Fluid Ounce
  Ginger ale To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a highball glass, put the ice cubes.
2. Pour the brandy over the ice.
3. Add ginger ale to taste.

SERVING
4. Garnish with the cherry or lime wedges and serve as a refreshing summer drink.
5. Decorate it with drink umbrellas and swizzle sticks.

TIP
Brandy is traditionally drunk neat at room temperature When drunk at room temperature, it is often slightly warmed by holding the glass cupped in the palm or by gently heating it. However, excessive heating of brandy may cause the alcohol vapor to become too strong.
