Peach Ginger Ale Salad
|Lemon-flavored gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nut meats||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced sweetened peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add ginger ale.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Then fold in nut meats, celery and peaches.
Turn into 8x8x2-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut in squares.
Serve on crisp lettuce with mayonnaise or whipped cream salad dress- ing.
