Frozen Ginger Ale Salad

Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ginger ale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed strawberries/Red raspberries 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Diced pears 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Soak gelatin in orange juice for 5 minutes; then add lemon juice.
Place the pan in hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add sugar and ginger-ale, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add fruit and cool until slightly thickened.
Fold in mayonnaise and stiffly beaten cream.
Freeze.
