Frozen Ginger Ale Salad
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed strawberries/Red raspberries||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Diced pears||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Soak gelatin in orange juice for 5 minutes; then add lemon juice.
Place the pan in hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add sugar and ginger-ale, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add fruit and cool until slightly thickened.
Fold in mayonnaise and stiffly beaten cream.
