Fruity Ginger Ale Mould

Ingredients
  Lemon-flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger ale 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Apple 1 Medium, cored and cut into wedges
  Canned pineapple slices 8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Apple 1 Small, cored, peeled, and chopped
  Halved seedless green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool to room temperature.
Slowly add ginger ale.
Arrange apple wedges in 4 1/2-cup mold.
Pour in 3/4 cup of the gelatin mixture.
Chill till almost firm.
Meanwhile, chill remaining gelatin till partially set.
Fold in pineapple, chopped apple, and halved grapes.
Pour over first layer.
Chill till firm.
Unmold on lettuce-lined platter, if desired.
