White Wine Spritzer with Sashimi Appetizers

Ingredients
  Lemon 1 Medium
  Lime 1 Small
  Plain soda 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wasabi 1 Small (For the sushi)
  Ginger piece 1 Small (For the sushi)
  Fish piece 1 Small (For the sushi)
  Squeezed orange juice 1 Tablespoon, fresh (For the variation)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut the lemon in quarters.

MAKING
2.Fill half of the glass with ice and pour wine and soda, squeeze lemon in it.
3.Another variation could be made by squeezing orange instead of lemon.
4.To make the sushi take a piece of fish and place ginger and wasabi on it, pat it with your finger and roll it.

SERVING
5.Serve the spritzers along with sushi.
