Virgin Queen Cocktail

Ingredients
  Eggs 18
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 4 Quart
  Heavy cream 3 Quart
  Bourbon 2 Quart
  Rum 1⁄5 Gallon
  Brandy 1⁄5 Gallon
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks until light.
Beat in sugar gradually.
Add 1 quart milk.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour into punch bowl.
Stir in cream, remaining milk, bourbon, rum and brandy.
Let stand 1 hour.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Garnish with nutmeg.
Yields about 36 drinks.
